Sales Agent
This is a high-performance sales position where you help protect families and grow a book of business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling. You’ll be the driver of new conversations, follow-up, and conversions.
You’ll play a key role in our agency’s daily success by building trust with prospects, identifying needs, and recommending the right insurance products and services. You’ll also serve as the liaison between customers and internal resources to ensure a smooth customer experience after the sale.

What You’ll Do
- Cold call and prospect to generate new leads and schedule appointments
- Handle objections confidently and professionally to move prospects forward
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify the right coverage and solutions
- Follow up consistently (calls, texts, emails, and CRM updates) to convert opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customers are set up for success after enrollment
- Meet or exceed sales goals and activity targets (calls, appointments, policies)
- Maintain a disciplined workflow and track results in our systems
What We’re Looking For
- State Farm experience is a plus
- P&C license required
- Sales experience (or a strong track record in commission-based roles)
- Comfortable with cold calling and consistent prospecting
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close
- Willingness to put in the work every day to produce results
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated by goals/metrics
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Compensation
Base plus commission and bonuses.
